Do you possess fantastic relationship management skills and have a track-record of generating substantial income?
Are looking to take the next exciting step in your career during 2024?
If so, we’d love to hear from you.
The Money Advice Trust has been at the forefront of free-debt advice provision since 1991 and we’re looking for a confident, self-motivated individual to join our expanding Partnerships team.
As a Partnership Manager, you’ll be part of team that is committed to growing revenue by exploring and delivering new and exciting income generation opportunities beyond our traditional funding model – by making full use of the Trust’s capabilities and reputation for excellence.
You’ll also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of existing funding partners, from a range of commercial sectors which could include financial services, utilities companies and Trusts.
With the opportunity to collaborate at a senior level externally and internally, you’ll need to be able to think creatively, have excellent organisational, written, and verbal communication skills – and be comfortable working to tight deadlines. You will be able to develop tailored and compelling funding proposals and bid applications – telling the Trust’s story, to help build successful long-term partnerships.
The successful candidate will ideally possess demonstrable experience within similar fundraising / income generation environments and be a self-motivated, creative, hard-working individual, with a passion for our work. We are also open to candidates looking to take a step up into a more strategic role.
The role can be based out of our Birmingham or London office on a hybrid working model. The role will require a blend of home and office-based working, as well attending external meetings in various locations and visits. Monthly visits to the non-base office will also be required. You will have a suitable workstation in place with a strong internet connection and be proficient in the use of remote working applications such as Teams.
In return it is an extremely rewarding role in a friendly, informal, and supportive environment with excellent salary and benefits including:
· · 29 days annual leave plus bank holidays (takes entitlement to 37 days per annum)
· · Buy and sell of annual leave
· · Contributory pension scheme
· · Generous life insurance
· · Contribution to health care costs
· · Wellbeing allowances
· · EAP
· · cycle to work scheme
· · Hybrid working
· · free onsite gym and exercise classes (Birmingham Office)
